You asked; I answered!

Who are you? I’m Rachel! This site launched in February 2012, largely as a personal wedding website for my big day on May 12, 2012. Through some luck and a little hard work, my audience has grown and my content has expanded to Home Decor, DIY & Craft Projects, Recipes, Meal Planning, Weddings, and the occasional question on God. It’s been a fun ride so far.

Who’s David? And Borz? And BFF Elysia? And everybody else? Dave is my husband. Mom Schultz is Dave’s mom. Borz is my mom. And BFF Elysia and BFF Jordan were my college room mates and present-day best friends.

Can I substitute this for that in a recipe? I try to respond to these comments with my best educated-guess, but the truth is I can’t know for sure without having tried it. And I don’t want to lead you astray! I usually denote any acceptable substitutions within the recipe. I’m all about experimentation in the kitchen, however, so if you try a variation of one of my recipes, I’d love to hear in the comments how it went! It’s likely other readers have wondered the same thing.

Do you have a print or “Pin it” button? Yes. I just added both recently. You can see them at the bottom of each and every post.

How many calories are in this recipe? How health conscious of you! I don’t currently calculate caloric content for any of my recipes. But, I’d recommend checking in the comments because sometimes other readers have posted them there. There are also lots of great calorie-counting websites and apps out there that can help you do this.

What type of camera do you use? Nikon Coolpix P500. I’d love to continue to get better at photography. I am no expert.

What religion do you practice? Christianity. I became a Christian when I was 19.

How do I contact you? E-mail me at rachelschultzblog@gmail.com. Keep up to date by “liking” my Facebook page. Or, follow me on Twitter @realrachschultz.

Will you guest post on my blog? Most likely! E-mail me and let’s figure it out.

Can I sponsor a giveaway on your site? Absolutely! I have the best readers in the world and I whole-heartedly support giving them free stuff and helping promote quality products. Please e-mail me.
