Getting salmon just right can be an elusive pursuit. Without having a grill, I had conceded that I’d never get to enjoy a perfectly moist and flakey filet. Well, turns out my dreams came true with this perfect method to make salmon.
Sprinkle filet with salt and pepper (or any other seasonings you wish) and drizzle with olive oil.
Lay salmon on a lined baking sheet and place in a cold oven. Heat to 400 degrees and remove from oven after 25 minutes.
They say it’s a no fail method!
