Tangy Thai Chicken Sandwich

Tangy Thai BBQ Burgers
Serves 4

1 pound prepared Slow Cooker Teriyaki Chicken
4 whole wheat buns, toasted
1 cup red cabbage, sliced
1/3 cup green onion, sliced
1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
1 lime, juiced
Crushed peanuts
Sweet thai chili sauce

Prepare teriyaki chicken according to slow cooker recipe. Using two forks, separate cooked chicken into BBQ shreds.

Mix red cabbage, cilantro, and green onion together in a small bowl. Cover with the juice of lime and mix throughout.


Top with crushed peanuts and sweet thai chili sauce. Serve on toasted buns.
