David’s mom got us a panini maker that I have been anxiously wanting to use.
Ham & Apple Paninis
Makes 4 sandwiches
1/2 pound sliced ham
1 green apple
4 slices swiss cheese
8 slices soft rye bread
Preheat panini grill to medium heat.
Skin and core apple and slice into rings. Layer on to sandwich with ham and swiss cheese.
You could butter the outside of the bread for a more golden brown panini. I prefer the butterless, more healthy option. Grill in panini maker for about 2-3 minutes.
