Blue Cheese Biscuits

Some people love blue cheese; some people hate it. It is almost as polarizing as Tim Tebow.  I’m a fan of both.

Blue Cheese Biscuits
Makes 40 small biscuits

3 cups flour
1/2 teaspoon sugar
4 teaspoons baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 and 1/2 sticks butter
1 and 1/4 cup milk
12 ounces blue or gorgonzola cheese

Preheat oven to 425 degrees. In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and baking soda. Cut butter into cubes and add to dry ingredients.

Using a pastry blender, fork, or your hands, mix until crumbly.

Slowly mix in cheese and milk.

Roll dough on to a flat surface and form individual biscuits.

Bake for 12 minutes.
